Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options for both domestic (Canada) and international (United States) orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Economical delivery, typically 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery, typically 2-5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada using Canada Post. All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International Shipping (United States)

We ship to the United States using Canada Post international services. Please note:

  • US orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can add 1-3 business days to delivery time
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country
  • All shipments include tracking information

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Restrictions
